Welcome to my Winter Wellness Series!
It is my hope that through sharing some of my small tips and tricks, I inspire you have a happier and healthier winter season!
Getting motivated to exercise in the cold months doesn't come easy to everyone, but it is no secret our bodies need to move to stay fit and healthy.
Keep it simple - aim to raise your heart rate and sweat for 30 minutes a day. Have a dance party in the kitchen with your family, go for a walk or shovel the snow. Just get moving!
When you can, get your 30 min in outside. Fresh air and vitamin D are important for both physical and mental health.
After physical activity, apply Deep Blue rub or essential oil diluted for an all natural warming/cooling muscle rub to aid your recovery process.
Bonus tip: help support your bodies inflammatory response by adding copaiba to the Deep Blue.
