Fridge Staples

 
 

Because so much of our groceries purchased are natural and as high quality as possible, our fridge is where so much is housed beyond just fresh produce. Here are some of our staples:

Organic All Natural Peanut Butter
Tahini
Various nuts & seeds (walnuts, cashews, hemp hearts, flax meal)
Hummus
Cheez alternatives - we are always trying new brands and post our favorites on instastories
Vegan Butter
Cashew or Oat Milk
Dairy Free Coffee Creamer
Condiments: Our most used are mustard and hot sauce


We purchase all natural and organic as much as possible, especially when it comes to nuts and seeds. Here is a great resource as to why, so you can do research for yourself: World Wellness Education.

But we can’t talk fridge staples without touching on produce. Obviously not all produce is kept in the fridge (like bananas and tomatoes), but so much is. For our produce, we try to purchase as much organic as possible, focusing in on the EWG’s Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen.
