My 2-Minute Morning Routine

How you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. If you’re like me, you want something quick, easy, and actually beneficial. Here’s how I use doTERRA’s foundational wellness products to get going:

Step 1: Hydrate & Nourish

I start my day with a big glass of water with lemon. Then, I take doTERRA’s VMG+ (Vitality Multivitamin & Mineral Complex) for essential nutrients and MetaPWR Advantage to support metabolism, energy, and overall cellular health. These have been a game changer for my daily wellness—simple, effective, and backed by science.

Step 2: Essential Oil Boost

I love diffusing oils to set the tone for our house. Peppermint & Citrus Bliss or Spearmint & Citrus Bloom have been favorites as of late, with the changing season. It’s like an instant mood boost and helps everyone start the day with focus and energy.

 

My 2-Minute Evening Routine

Just like mornings, how we end the day matters. A calming nighttime routine helps my body wind down and preps me for restful sleep—something I’m always chasing more of!

Step 1: Sleep-Inducing Aromatherapy

About 30 minutes before bed, I set up our bedroom diffuser. Serenity Blend is our go to. Lately, I have been adding 2 drops of Easy Air as well, to help open airways. It’s such a small step, but it makes a huge difference in how easily I drift off and the quality of sleep.

Step 2: Support Rest Naturally
