When Stress Levels Rise
Frustrations and stress levels have been threatening to hit all time highs over here due to so many outside factors beyond my control, so I decided to take the first few days of this week to reset.
For me, this looks like:
- keeping my phone on silent or vibrate. Until doing this I didn't realize how much notification sounds spike my stress.
- waking up even earlier then normal to give myself more time in the morning to focus on myself and what brings me joy
- leaning on my oils even more - diffusing, aromatic dressing, and of course Copaiba under my tongue. Always.
- focusing in on only consuming whole foods
Holistic wellness isn't just about being fit, but it's about taking care of ourselves in all aspects - physical, mental, spiritual.
